While I never had no expectations of them being equal to my AirPods I did expect more than I got. Very poor sound quality and even worse when using with my phone. I returned them with in a week.

I wanted to get him a really good pair since he goes through his wired ones like crazy. So when we purchased these he was excited. He taken the ear buds home and had a hard time connecting the buds to sync together. The right one was fine, it was the left bud that would never connect. We have gone though trouble shooting several times, You Tube, website etc. Yet we still have trouble. Now I purchased the exact same buds for my teenage son, he did have the same issue and I had to exchange them. Now the second pair did work. But after a while they stop pairing all together. I find it very frustrating going though these issues for not only one pair but two. I don't know if it is a manufacture defect, but it needs to be corrected. Would I recommend these buds? Probably not. Only if you like having a headache.

Ok ear buds

They work fine if I’m on the treadmill and have my phone in the cup holder, but the Bluetooth isn’t very strong. It cuts in and out when my phone is in my pants pocket. If I would have known this I would not have bought them. Your phone needs to be pretty close at all times!

You should be getting a solid 30 ft range out of these. They should work nicely through obstructions to a degree as well. Sounds like a bad set. Our apologies.
