Cheap and unreliable

Their command buttons are hard to figure out or just stop working after a few weeks. The right side stops working on mine if you try to get the headphone in your ear. After two weeks something had come loose in the right side and I’m pretty sure that’s what caused it to stop working.

About 9 months in these stopped charging in the case. We had purchased two pairs so we tried switching cases but no luck. Additionally, despite the multiple audio settings, the sound quality was mediocre at best. We're not audiophiles by any means but the sound wasn't much better than the stock headphones you often get for free with your cell phone. Bought the Geek Squad protection and the return process was easy. Asked a staff member if they'd recommend just getting another pair of these and he said that they had *many* people come in with the same charging issue. Got some JBLs instead.

Okay but not spectacular
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Based on the price, I was not expecting perfection. These have some good and bad features. The sound quality is decent and the bass is better than expected. Some music sounds a bit tinny but then other music sounds great. I would say it is comparable to the wired earbuds that came with my phone. Setup and pairing is simple. I did not have any challenges setting them up for my computer or phone. (To the best of my knowledge, they can only be connected to one device at a time.) Battery life is about three hours when listening to music. They pop into the charging case pretty easily and magnets assure that they are in the correct spots to charge. Charge time appears to be about a half hour for the buds to get back to a full charge and the case has LED's to indicate when they are done. These are really comfortable to wear for hours at a time and they stay in place no matter how I move my head. I have run the batteries down multiple times without them falling out once. Background noise is reduced pretty well because they somewhat act as earplugs. Now for the negative. The right bud is what connects to Bluetooth devices. If the right battery is dead, the left is useless. I have also experienced a few occasions where the left bud dropped out for a few seconds when listening to music. It comes right back on without me having to do anything but it is still a bit annoying. Next, phone calls can only be heard in the right ear. For someone like me who hears better out of my left ear, this is a challenge. I always make phone calls with my left ear so I do not like this feature. I would prefer to hear phone calls in both ears like most headsets do. In this case, I have to turn up the volume to hear the call and then back down when music resumes. The one positive note about calling is that people can hear me talking without any issue and they say that I sound good. Overall, these are okay if you are on a budget and you like to make phone calls with only your right ear. If you are hard of hearing in your right ear, avoid them.
