    Great price; the upgraded golden set is better and was on sale but this worked well. The case pin broke easily after 60 days of use which hindered recharging the device in case

    The ear bud is entirely too big, you can't leave one too far without it disconnecting, they fall out of your ear constantly and over it was very annoying.

    I will be honest, I'm still trying to get the hang of how this thing charges, how it holds a charge and if it really is as good as it should be. I'm not positive. It may be one I need to do a warranty claim on

    Doesn't hold charge

    This case doesn't hold a charge. I've tried charging the case and earphones several times and I can put them in my bag and after only a couple of days both will be completely dead. Tried to return to Best Buy, but they only give you a couple of weeks after Christmas to do a refund. You would think that they would handle a defective product with a little better customer service, but nope. They sent me to the manufacturer. Dealing with the terms and the costs associated with filing a manufacturer warranty is not worth it, so I guess 'lesson learned' on this one.

    WORST BEST BUY PURCHASE EVER

    I have been trying to figure out what I have been doing wrong and charging these headphones when I have come to the realization that I have been doing nothing wrong. The left side does not work. The speaker tells me hello and then shuts off over and over again.These are pieces of garbage do not buy them. I purchased them on September 25 today is October 20 and I was trying to return them only to find out they have only a two week return policy?! Best Buy must know how crappy these products are if that is the case. That is insane!

    I bought these because they were on sale. They paired easy enough, and they worked fine. Mine only came with one size of rubber endings, and they were too big for my ears. Thus, anytime I was doing a physical activity, they were constantly falling out of my ears. I could usually tighten them back before they fell out, but I oftentimes had to pick them up off the floor or out of my grass. They lasted for only 6 months or so before the sound in one ear bud dropped way down. I finally tossed them and bought a better brand.

    Worked quite well with music from my I tunes on my iPad Air 2. Wouldn’t not work with my I Mac at all. In either case, the ear buds were way too big for a comfortable fit in my ears. I returned them.

    The Best Buy I went to didn’t had a lot of earbuds ñ, so I saw Sony earbuds they were expensive so I decided to go with this one. It was okay compare to the Walmart earbuds

    Hard time communicating with phone. After a while it was not working and communicating well I had to replace it. Even with a newer one I still have problems with communication.

    I don't care for these much they fall out of your ear I already lost one. There is to much bass so it is distorted I don't think I will buy these again unless they change things.

    The earbuds are a good alternative for the price. They are a bit heavy on the ear and start feeling very uncomfortable after 1 hour. I do not recommend these. The sound is also not that great.

    They are too big for my right ear and keeps falling out. Only the left one stays in and they hurt my ears. They do not last long on charge. Have to constantly charge them with the plug.

    I will never purchase these types of headphones again. They easily fall out... I used them while at the gym... one earbud fell out... could not find it... waste of money for me.

    The first pair I had, had to be replaced after a few hours of getting it. After being replaced, the second pair stopped playing sound after two weeks of good sound in the right ear.

    These earbuds work but they are to bulky and fall out of ear when working out. Just spend the extra 50 dollars and buy som apple earbuds or beats if you want quality and comfort.

    They’re ok. But they’re cheap in price. So that makes up for being just ok. Everything average. The only bad thing is the call quality. They were basically useless when it came to phone calls.

    The sound quality was very poor in my opinion. The bass was not rich at all. I don't like super loud music but these were not loud enough at for me.
