Odd to use

Never worked properly-Guarantee is worthless-

I tried connecting them to various devices and the same result. I contacted JLab service and got nothing but a run around and promise to expedite a replacement but 2 weeks later told to mail them in and they would review to see if they would replace. DO NOT BUY. THEY ARE BULKY AND A PIECE OF JUNK. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and buy something decent

Close to 100% of the time, what causes the issue that you're describing is the buds being placed in the incorrect charging slots, which causes them to forget one and other. Quit charging after 2 weeks

He was able to charge it once and it wouldn’t charge again. I’m glad we bought a warranty because I have not been able to get to the store to return it. My store doesn’t open until 10 when my shift starts and closes before I get off work (working 7 days/week). Just sucks that I’m going to have to use my warranty for an obviously defective product.

Comfortable Good power storage Minus’s Poor sound quality, get a player app to help the sound, the three sound modes are bad. No bass extension, low quality speaker Touch controls are not as advertised and have high effort switches that are uncomfortable and awkward to use. Syncing is difficult with some devices and won’t always reconnect. Constant signal drop-out while listening.

Good wireless earbuds

I enjoy the fit in my ear without having to change out any of the cushion pads or tips. Also the fact you can use one or both of the buds is a nice change from usual competitors. The charging case is magnetic which is a nice feature when putting them away to charge. The case has a rubber usb plug which I found odd but I suppose it will make it last longer. The case also has nice leds to indicate how much charge is left. The only reason I removed a star was I did not find the sound to be superior quality to my jabra elite wireless buds. I tried adjusting the eq settings but alas they still seem subpar. If you are just looking for a entry level way to listen to music casually you will be happy with this. If you are an audiophile I would move on.

Good for a bit. No charging

You get what you pay for

The sound quality was average at best and there was a whine that you could hear when listening to anything with dead air or spoken word. These buds never really fit in my ear and were uncomfortable. They worked for a year almost to the day and then the right bud just quit out of nowhere. In summary: poor quality sound, poor fit, no longevity.
