    ear pod piece is too bulky and difficult to tap on and off. Irritates the ear and had to return them.

    I didn't like them so I gave them to my husband. He loved them while they worked. They stopped working about 2 months after I purchased them. I didn't like them because they fell out of my ear while working out, chewing gum, talking and they just didn't work out.

    dont waste your money. stopped working after 1st charge. will not connect to blue tooth anymore. case shows they are charged but then you take them out and put them in you get low battery and they shut off. just past the 2week return period go figure.

    Kept glitching,wouldn’t charge, but Best Buy took em back without hassle, luv yuh Best Buy.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     I bought these because a friend at work was bragging on them. I bought a pair and tried them for 24hrs. And I took them back, the sound was terrible. I loved the case with the built in USB cord. I LOVED the magnetic earbud holders built into the case to help you locate the earbuds properly. But the sound quality sucks. Don’t buy these, pass on them.

    These earbuds can't hold a charge. I was only able to use them twice, when I first bought them. Now they don't work at all and it's too late for me to return them. A huge waste of $50! Doesn't even deserve one star.
