    Worked great for two weeks but ear buds won’t sync anymore. Tried all of the online hacks and Jlabs own suggestion but nothing worked. So just one working ear phone. Yay!

    charging case stopped working after 7 months

    I bought these on sale, in Dec 2019 as a Christmas gift for my son... they worked great.. up until charging case broke on 7-22-2020.. I'm dealing with Jbud customer service as i write this... It's sad that a component doesn't last more than 7 months...

    They were cool, but it was too much of a hassle to try and get it to fit in my ear! Every time it finally got I would be doing something And it was fall out! No support to my ears and hard to find if you drop one. If you have little ears I don’t recommend

    How are these rated so high! The sound quality is one of the worst I have ever heard, returned them the next day. I just don't understand how people can put up with such horrible quality. They wouldn't fit in my wife's ear. Fit in my ears fine but the sound is just awful.

      One good trick is to push backward on the button, much like you are pointing back behind your head. Hopefully this helps a bit comfort wise.     They have never worked right. They are also too heavy for the ears. I bought a pair of the less expensive ones for my wife. They are MUCH BETTER!!! Would not buy. Can’t take them back.
