    I liked them when I first got them, but one of the EarPods stopped working for no reason after two weeks. Returned this item.

    I purchased my first pair last year around March. After a few months, the left bud went out. Went back for warranty replacement. Best Buy Happily replaced them. Within another four months, the left ear bud had gone out again. Again, they happily replaced. And now, just yesterday on July 2nd, the left ear bud went. AGAIN. I guess that's what I get for a cheaper wireless earbud? Seems to be a recurring issue with the left ear bud though.

    The volume level does not get very high. Buttons are hard to push and hard on the ear when doing so.
