After about two weeks one of the buds stop working. This caused the second ear bud to stop working while in my ear. I placed the non working bud back in the charging case and the other ear bud started working again. I return the product for a refund

I have the girl at the store geek squad connect it but as soon as I got home it did not work. Paid $40.00 for it and it was a waste of my time and money.
