    I am constantly getting complaints from those on the other end, when I use these earbuds. They say that it sounds low and makes static and that they can't hear me. These earbuds is not worth the cost. I am very disappointed with the purchase of these headphones.

    Although they were inexpensive, I feel they are not worth the price. They are hard to figure out even with the instructions. I didn't like the bulky size. The ear fittings didn't work the best and you don't get enough options. Not worth it.

    Decent headphones. Extremely painful if you have smaller ears. I couldn't get them to fit well. Push button controls can be confusing and painful having to push hard against the earbud. Short usb cable makes it difficult to charge in some places.

    My mom bought these

    My mom bought these headphones, we have tried like 20 times on pairing then up with her iPhone X. We have followed up the instructions carefully, we have even tried recharging them and still no success. It’s probably a defective product on our end, will be returning these very soon whenever I have some free time.

    Not satisfied with this product, earbuds did not keep a charge. Had to be put into charging case every 3 hours. Even though the manufacture says the earbuds would keep a charge for up 12 to 14 hrs. Did not operate well while doing outdoor landscape.

    Well at first they worked well, then I noticed the 1 second lag. After the first few days the left ear stopped charging. Soon after they would not pair wit the phone. Could of spent the money on better end brand. At your own risk purchase.

    The JLab Audio Earbuds seemed to be a awesome purchase at the time. I purchased these during Black Friday to use as a backup. Upon activation, I was unable to hear properly from the earbuds. I had to return within a week.

    Returned them. Sounded weak. I like at least some bass. Also, hate having to push the button/earbuds too many times into my ear with no verification of results. Got the Jabra Elite Active which sound great and with EQ settings the bass works for me.

    Bought this for my daughter she like them at first but then after a while the would say they needed charged when already been charged

    I only used these for a few months & I hated them. Music quality was okay so I’ll give 2 stars but the buds always fell out & it was a pain trying to connect them to my phone. I recommend paying $100 more & get the AirPods!!

    Returning to try them again

    My right earbud stop working after the third day with about 10 hours of use. I can not make phone calls or listen to music. However they seem to be great ear plugs. I am going to exchange them for another pair and see if I get better results.

    Uncomfortable and sound quality is dull

    I realize these aren't $150 AirPods, but they didn't even work as cheapo around-the-house earbuds. Too heavy, so fell out at the first opportune moment, no matter the rubber inserts, and just plain old cheap. Returned.

    These really suck. They last 3 hours top before dying completely. They constantly fall out of your ear. They take forever to sync with my phone. I originally thought when I got them that I could use one earbud and when it dies I could switch to the other. Nope. They don’t allow for that. The right earbud is the master one and when it dies, both are out of order. The voice that tells you when the battery is going to die...yup, comes from the right one. So if you got the left one in, they just cut out with no warning because that voice doesnt come in on the left earbud. I just ended up get the beats earbuds and I’m much happier with those now.

    First off they are extremely uncomfortable. The sound is mediocre at best. Connectivity is terrible on a PC. Battery life is non existent. So...I would not buy these.
