    They would not stay in my ear have them to two of my kids and they would stay in there ear as well. I think the sound quality it’s great connect very well with my iPhone XR

    They soundes great when theu worked. But only one side works. I tried to charge it still not working. It seems like if i tilt my head in a certian position that it will come on until i move out the spot.

    Ear buds are not always both on at same time. Only one works at a time mostly. Package missing one single rubber ear piece, came with 7 instead of 8. Volume is almost impossible to control.

    Left Ear Bud Malfunctioned

    The left earbud stopped working 3 weeks after I purchased it. Customer service responded quickly, and although I still have to pay to get it shipped to them, they will replace my earbuds free of charge.

    Had an issue with the right earbud not charging. Returned and ordered a different pair. Associates at Best Buy were great though. Defects happen.

    Got these because they where on sale, and I must say i was disappointed. Always disconnected, falling out of my ear, and quite often people on other end couldn't hear me.

    I can honestly say that these were not good for me. I paid too much for them to not work out. They would work better for men or boys. They did not fit my ears at all and were difficult to charge.

    I bought this $29.99 on Christmas but still not worth it at all!! First of all whose idea is using hard button for something in your ear? Every time i want to change track or volume up an down i have to push it!!!!! i'm sorry but this feature kills everything for me! Not having tap option is reason to return this ear buds. Sound is soooo low. I've read some comments people think is that sounds great but i dont think at all. And another down side is this buds super uncomfortable, i cant use it more than 10 mins. i did not expect quality as apple or galaxy but guys this is waste of money it does not matter how much im sorry!!!

    I wasn't expecting much from these buds given the price, though the JLab brand hasn't failed me in the past so I figured it was worth a try. They come neatly packaged with a good set of cushions for personalization and comfort. Getting them in was easy and organic, quite snug fit. Connecting them to each other was fluid and to my phone was effortless. Sound reproduction is great for such small units, spatial surround is realistic though a bit of bass bleeding into the mids is present, it's not persistent. The signature EQ setting has the best blend of frequencies for most genres. Battery lasts longer than expected; watched a movie at 75% power and got over 2 hours with them. Charging in the case is so convenient and got them back to full in less than 20 minutes. Only 2 issues I have to express; microphone is not very clear while on a call, buttons require more pressure than is comfortable ( I held the sides when pressing). Other than that, they do a fantastic job and worth their weight in gold.

    Irritating that they won't pair with each other. Which means only 1 works. I've had these for almost 1 month & I'm still trying to get them paired with each other. Too big to fit my ears properly so I'm constantly having to hold them in.

    When these work, they work. But for me that's only about 10% of the time. The connections don't line up with the charging base and the battery stays low because of it. Waste of money!

    Works fine for earbuds. Kind of big for the ear and it has fallen out a couple of times. The charging case is odd and sometimes when the earbuds are charged it will connect to my phone unknowingly.

    I bought these for my wife to use while running. She tried them on in the car before we left the parking lot and couldn’t get them to stay in her ears and that was without running. Maybe they would work better for somebody else.

    Bought several, all broke

    I bought several of these for Christmas presents. They are comfortable to wear but dont last. Three of the five pairs broke within 3 months. I've since bought less expensive sets and they are working fine.

    These earbuds upset me to the max. I purchased them for the gym, to later find out the quality was horrible. They also did not stay in my ears, I returned them the next day.

    Bought this on sale, opened box tried to put them on many times, many ways and every time they would fall, so why turning them on if they wont stay? put them back in box and are ready to be returned. I really wanted them to work but it wasn’t the case.

    Didn't connect at times. Connection to eachother would disconnect. Ended up returning and purchasing samsung ones. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

    The sound on them isn’t that great. The ear peace’s don’t fit ears so every time listen to they fell out my ear. One to many of them rolled somewhere I couldn’t find so now stuck with just one them now

    Great product , it’s not Samsung Apple , but it has great sound on android Samsung g10 ! Only problem the earbuds are a bit heavy , slipped out my ear..

      Hi Andre, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.
