    The Best Buy I went to didn’t had a lot of earbuds ñ, so I saw Sony earbuds they were expensive so I decided to go with this one. It was okay compare to the Walmart earbuds

    Hard time communicating with phone. After a while it was not working and communicating well I had to replace it. Even with a newer one I still have problems with communication.

    The earbuds are a good alternative for the price. They are a bit heavy on the ear and start feeling very uncomfortable after 1 hour. I do not recommend these. The sound is also not that great.

    They are too big for my right ear and keeps falling out. Only the left one stays in and they hurt my ears. They do not last long on charge. Have to constantly charge them with the plug.

    I have had these less than 6 months and they no longer work. I only used them to listen to podcasts at night when I couldn't sleep and didn't want to wake my husband.

    good listening sound but the microphone is very bad, no one can hear me when i’m talking, the other thing it keeps falling off my ears!!!

    I will never purchase these types of headphones again. They easily fall out... I used them while at the gym... one earbud fell out... could not find it... waste of money for me.

      Hi Jame, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. You can also purchase replacement buds on our website if this bud was lost.     The first pair I had, had to be replaced after a few hours of getting it. After being replaced, the second pair stopped playing sound after two weeks of good sound in the right ear.

    They fall out of my ears, not comfortable

    I bought these for traveling purposes and found that they would fall out of my ears and just were not very comfortable. I feel like I have a fog in my ears when they are on.

    These earbuds work but they are to bulky and fall out of ear when working out. Just spend the extra 50 dollars and buy som apple earbuds or beats if you want quality and comfort.

    They’re ok. But they’re cheap in price. So that makes up for being just ok. Everything average. The only bad thing is the call quality. They were basically useless when it came to phone calls.

    The sound quality was very poor in my opinion. The bass was not rich at all. I don't like super loud music but these were not loud enough at for me.

    These were very uncomfortable for my ears and I could not use them. I didn’t even try them with sound because they hurt so bad so I can’t say anything about the sound quality. I bought them to use on a trip I was taking and they didn’t arrive until the day we left. I didn’t get back until after the 15 day return period so I wasn’t even able to return them. I had no idea their return policy was only 15 days, but even if I had I would have had no way to return them because I was not even going to be home to do so.

    It’s always dropping the connection with the phone. The sound is scratchy and choppy. They don’t fit well in the ears. Get AirPods instead

    If you’re using android this might work ok... but my wife did not care for them and eventually she just quit using them. Ended up getting AirPods pro for her, and she loves them

    I was so excited to get these. A friend of mine has them and they work well for him. I wasn’t so lucky. No matter what I do, I can only hear out of one side. I went back to my wired head set.

    I was unhappy with the product and returned it a day or two after testing. Build quality seems ok. The lag while using these with a movie was way too much for me
