    Just not good for me. Hard to pull out the case. Your ears will hurt after 20 minutes. Sound quality is not the best. I got the Tozo T10 from amazon and they are Way better.

    I wouldn’t recommend these. To change tracks, volume etc. If have to push the button built into the earbuds. Feels like your trying to push them further into ear.

    After approximately these ear buds ceased pairing. I performed several troubleshooting exercises, but none worked. I only get sound from one ear bud at a time. Very annoying. In addition, I have to hold my phone up near my shoulders for the ear buds to work at all. When I first purchased them I was able to place my phone in a pocket and receive a clear signal. No longer. Very disappointed with this product.

    The volume was low in these. Maybe I just couldn’t get the earbud size for my ears. I tried them and also didn’t like pushing them farther into my ear for volume up/down.

    Battery dies after a couple of hours. Took it back exchanged it for another thinking this one was defective and same thing with replacement.

    The quality of the music was Ok. They still slipped out of my ears when wet which was an absolute bummer because I purchased them solely for working out.

    I just couldn't ever get these to be comfortable. They aren't expensive so I wasn't expecting much...but you should expect them to stay in your ears.

    These were uncomfortable in my ear and sound was not crisp. Only one seemed to work and I could never get both of them working at the same time.

    Returned after 3 days of use the right ear bud didn’t seem to charge right .after being in the case overnight still only 30 minutes of play time. They sounded ok.

    Do not buy this product. I received this for Christmas and it stopped working after the 2nd time. From the other comments it looks like this is a common issue. Unfortunately Best Buy would not replace or return it as I was 2 days past the return time. Very disappointed in Best Buy for their limited return policy

    I purchased 2 pair and was excited to use them as I read some of the reviews. One pair would not hold a charge and the other pair I just didn't like the sound quality.

    Broke super fast.

    This product was really unfortunate because it seemed to be working for me, but then it quickly broke. I had these buds not even 3 weeks and the right side stopped working. I troubleshooted online and nothing helped. Best Buy apparently couldn't help me and my attempt to contact the company has only resulted in automated responses with no help at all. Don't waste your money.

    Constantly fall out of ears. Cant stand it. Tried all sizes of tips. Works ok if head is level, even running, but tilt your head and you lose them

    lost pairing feature after a year of use, we tried all the solutions online.. it would sync for a few days but loses the connections again.
