    After 30 days the left earbud stopped working. Took it back to Best Buy and they said to contact JLab ... lost paperwork could not contact

    Pluses Nice case. Comfortable Good power storage Minus’s Poor sound quality, get a player app to help the sound, the three sound modes are bad. No bass extension, low quality speaker Touch controls are not as advertised and have high effort switches that are uncomfortable and awkward to use. Syncing is difficult with some devices and won’t always reconnect. Constant signal drop-out while listening.

    This item is great with media. But NO audio Use. Cant here the caller when in use. It would be a great item if this was also useable.

    very poor quality, did not last, could not get earbuds to stay connected, would turn off or switch without warning.

    Decent sound but they don’t stay in your ears. Took back, did not work out for Christmas.

    I've been having problems charging. Sometimes they are charged and other times not after sitting on charger over the weekend.

    You get what you pay for

    You get what you pay for, I suppose. The sound quality was average at best and there was a whine that you could hear when listening to anything with dead air or spoken word. These buds never really fit in my ear and were uncomfortable. They worked for a year almost to the day and then the right bud just quit out of nowhere. In summary: poor quality sound, poor fit, no longevity.

    My son bought with his birthday money. He was never able to use as only 1 side would charge. The indication light would not even turn on for the 1 side. Even tried putting them in the wrong side to see if it would change. Nope. Had to return them. We did not exchange for another set.

    Purchased these today and will be returning then as soon as the crowd dies down. I never powered them up so I can't speak for the sound quality or how they work. Reason for returning is they're too bulky and hang too far out my ear. I don't see any comfort with wearing them that way and honestly it looks crazy. Too bad I didn't get to experience them fully. Maybe they'll work for others but not for me.

    These work OK, but don't expect great sound. Also, the battery runs down very quickly (about 60 minutes maximum)

    One of the ear buds does not light up, no sound, nothing!! Fully charged & paired, but one with light and one without light..i had them delivered because im disabled and hard to get to store....But now i have no choice i HAVE to go to the store..i am so disappointed!! I guess quality control was off that night.
