    No matter which size cushions I used they wouldn’t stay in my ears , might just be me

    These earbuds can't hold a charge. I was only able to use them twice, when I first bought them. Now they don't work at all and it's too late for me to return them. A huge waste of $50! Doesn't even deserve one star.

    The sound is not equal in both sides. Right side is not as loud as left side.

    It worked great for the first two days. Then they stopped charging together. Then they stopped paring with each other. They don't hold well to the ears. Now they are just sitting there, like paperweights.

    I purchased the headphones on 5/22/2019. I went out of town for a week. Went to use it and the right ear bud will not charge. It was after the date to return, so I called JLab and they want me to pay to ship it to them for a replacement. It never charged once, why would I spend more money for a terrible product. Don’t waste your money.

    Dead in less than a year of use

    These are dead less than a year after purchase and with minimal use. Although I was never especially pleased with the sound quality of the earbuds, they were inexpensive and did function for the first 10 months of use. However, in October 2020, they stopped charging, rendering them completely useless.

    I purchased these Jlab earbuds for only $30 bucks. I guess the old saying is true. You get what you pay for. The build quality of these earbuds is quite good. Unfortunately, this quality doesn’t extend to the audio feature. Whether you’re listening to music or making a phone call, the sound quality is weak, echoey and distorted.
