So sorry to hear of the sound quality issues that you are experiencing. The Jbuds Air should have a wonderfully rich, clear profile, with a decent amount of bass as well. They should be putting out up to 108db which is pretty loud as well. We recommend trying all of the tips that we include, in order to maximize the seal. We do warranty these for two years if you feel as if you have received a bad unit. Quality not as expected

Will return this product. It is not noise cancelling. Button controls is confusing. Have to turn on both left and right earbuds individually and could not figure out how to turn it off. The earbuds weren't comfortable and fell off easily which makes them easy to lose.

Posted .Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. The battery life between charges should be about 6 hours with another 18 hours in the case. They stopped working 1 month after I bought them

Whenever she used them it would say they needed to be charged even though they were charging all night long, eventually they didn’t turn on.

Only had them for a month and they no longer answer phone calls. They also have sound issues - too low for watching tv, but too loud for music. Charging is mediocre - sometimes they will fully charge and other times they charge halfway. Minor noise cancelation!
