    Purchased this product in place of a more expensive alternative. So... regret my decision! I'm out $50 and a pair of wireless buds as they no longer work. These things have the worst battery life to begin with right out the box and the fit is a bit off. Pay the extra money for a better quality product!!!!

    Quit Charging After 2 Weeks

    I purchased a black set in December and the case quit charging after two months. Purchased a new set and this set quit charging after a couple weeks. After looking at reviews online this is a common problem with this product.

    Left ear bud routinely doesn't work

    I am very disappointed in these earbuds. The left ear piece rarely works and means I am constantly shutting them off and turning them back on. Unfortunately, this doesn't always fix the problem. Also, when I am using them, I have people on the other end of the line telling me they can barely hear me.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     Bought these and went to my car and immediately tried using them . I knew right away they were not the right choice. Didn't like how they fit in my ears and then when volume was turned all the way up they just were not loud at all. Went right back in and returned them. The End.

    The sound quality is so low. I got the same result on the highest volume setting. When I am traveling in NY streets the headphones give off a whisper-like quality. After giving the brand a try I have decided against ever purchasing again.

    I bought these as a backup pair of headphones for working out, since they’re wireless and sweat resistant. However, these only stay in my ears if I push them in there very tight and they are uncomfortable. If you have small ears, they probably won’t fit. I would not recommend these at all.
