    Cheap and sounds it

    Was looking for a replacement for my gen 1airpods… these are not it. Sound quality it noticeably low quality, which affects both music and phone calls. Waited too long to return them so I gave them away.

    They have never worked right. They are also too heavy for the ears. I bought a pair of the less expensive ones for my wife. They are MUCH BETTER!!! Would not buy. Can’t take them back.

    The sound is cool, but the fit is terrible. Even switching the ear fittings doesn’t make a difference. The size of the device is awkward and uncomfortable. I would not advise buying these earbuds.

    The quality of these have gone down tremendously over the years, these were my second pair. They can charge for 24 hours and still say battery medium when I go to use them, save your money.

    Only used a couple of times, problem was if i was eating or doing certain things they would fall out my ears, so i gave them away. Product did work but wouldn't stay in my ears so i wouldn't recommend this product.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     I was excited to get this piece to my collection. I charge it for more than 2hrs only for it to last 20-30mins making my work out incomplete and frustrating. Don't buy it. I am thinking of returning it to the manufacturers. Bad Purchase DONT BUY I SAID DONT BUY

    Setup was ok. Must remember to pair both earbuds before pairing to phone. Great compact size and fits well, especially with rubber grips included. Charging case is compact too but do not like the connection leads. Its very short and will not fit some usb ports (its the newer type open ended USB type). Sound is lacking bass, and I find the volume low. But its not bad. Battery life is good especially for the size, but I doubt 13hrs as rated by JLabs. All in all for the price, its good.

    I bought my daughter these for Christmas. One side completely stopped working within 30 days of her using. Since I didn’t buy Best Buy’s warranty = nothing they can do. What I learned, no longer purchase Electronic products from Best Buy!

    Work perfect after 1 month..the right side still working but the left side no sound..tried 100 times to connect and reconect a gain but no help..contact website to clam warranty..but no one say anything..very disappointed about this produtc..

    Stopped charging after a month, of course, after it was too late to return them. If you do decide to purchase them, which I definitely would not recommend, be sure to have another pair of buds charged and ready to go in an hour, as you will need to.

    Jbuds are really good but I only bought from best buy because it said free next day shipping I couldve bought it from amazon which I have prime and its 2 days shipping but best buy’s “free next day shipping” is a complete lie

    Ended up returning them because even after being left charging overnight they didn't end up charging to more than 15 minutes of usage. Tried multiple times and referred back to the manual each time to ensure I hadn't done something wrong.
