    Never kept a charge

    We bought these yesterday moring, charged them all day and they kept saying low battery. Charged them all night woke up still said low battery and turned off. What a waist of money and time.

    I got 2 times first the white ones and fail then the black ones and same thing. At the beginning I love them ! But they move and then the sound on the left side started to fail I was so disappointed.

    The earbuds worked fine for maybe a week. They lost pairing and would not repair, so music only played out of one of the buds. They dont shut off if the charging case closes, they keep running. Dont buy these.

    After 5 months one of the buds stopped working. These were barely used and they still broke. Crappy product and would not recommend. They also do not have a return/exchange option.

    The left one quite working, right after I had given them for a Christmas gift. When I called the store and asked about exchanging them they said they were pass the warranty.

    They were a Christmas gift and stopped charging in less than a weeks use. Tried returning to Best Buy but I was unable to. Not worth the price.

    Terrible, don't waste your money! I wouldn't even buy this for my 7 year old....worked well for about two weeks then one ear bud stopped working and then stopped charging all together...

    At 1st the headphones did really well. After a couple of months of daily use they started randomly disconnecting. There are times when they don’t connect to Bluetooth at all.

    Excellent Value with Added Feature

    These are good primary use headphones and excellent backup pair for running, working out and cycling. I got these for $30 a year ago and they have been my primary pair until now. Volume is good & has ok bass and they last for a long time. Best part about these (or any J-lab headphones) is the attached charging cable. I think every manufacturer should do this. I fly a lot and the attached cable comes in very handle so I don't have to dig into my backpack for my charger. I have an issue with people not being able to hear me properly but I primarily use these for gym so hasn't been a big issue for me. The construction is very solid and these don't feel cheap like a lot other cheap headphones you buy on Amazon. J-lab is doing is a very good job in the headphone market.

    Okay it’s been less then a Month monthI got Thai and the left side don’t work...I try everything to rest them and still don’t work So I was left with the right side only so sad

      Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
      1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
      2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device.
      3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 4x quickly, one at a time
      4. Take both buds out of the case keeping them within 2 inches of each other
      5. Pair them to your device's Bluetooth.

    The earbuds are terrible. I would like to return them. The sounds is terrible. Nobody can hear me when I talk on it. The volume goes up and down when I talk on it. The battery life not long at all

    Bad sound quality. Callers can't hear me and calls are choppy. The calls clear up once I turn off the earbuds and use the phone instead. Trashed them a few months later.

    Bought for my kids for Christmas and they didn't even last 30 days. Because they were purchased on black Friday, by the time they broke, the time to exchange u could no longer return.

    If you want something that works half the time, batteries going out constantly (max 3 hours continuous use) Would not recommend this for anyone using it for any longer than 3hrs *obviously

    These things are so cheap and after awhile the battery doesn’t hold any juice. They die after 1 hour of use, do not buy these things yeah there cheap but there also junk.

    So heavy and uncomfortable, keeps falling out. Even the smallest earpiece are too big it cause me pain in my ears, and Is also heavy for it size.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.
