    These sounded like a cheap am radio. I returned them and bought Anker Soundcore Liberty sir 2. The are much easier to use and sound 100% better

    We got my daughter these for Christmas and they worked like once for an hour then just didn't work at all. We had to return them and get her a different kind.

    after 1 month the earbuds locked up and you could not turn them on or off Totally unusable. I was very disappointed

    I wasted my money. It got destroyed write after few month. The return time finished on Jan 14 and this stopped charging at Jan 16. Terrible!!

    The earbuds are messed up

    The earbuds don’t want to charge in case nor do they want to pair up together. They stopped working together after one week of use.

    I have a pair of $8 earphones purchased at a local drugstore that sounds so much better than these. This was a total waste of money for me.

    not as good quality as I thought, within the first week they were giving me problems and they’re complicated to use. but you get what you pay for

    These things fit poorly, sound ok but don't try to make a call because they just don't work. I thought i could get used to the poor fit, but NO.

    Got them and in 3 weeks left side just stopped working . And could not take them back in time to replace cause of work .

    First two times I used the product the earphones worked great. Then, the next time the left earphone will not work. I plan to return the product.

    Product sucks, constantly says low batter. I’ve kept on charger for two days solid and still low battery! Return plus insurance! No thanks

    Didn't sound very good. I have a $15 set of bluetooth (not true wireless) earbuds that sound a lot better. Returned the JLab ear buds.

    It keeps falling off the ears. Ear grip is poor. And hard to manipulate during calls. I wanted to return IG but 2 weeks window was over.
