Lasted only six weeks!

So sorry to hear of the pairing issue. Please follow the following instructions to the "T" 1. Remove the connection from your device
2. Turn both earbuds off
3. Press and hold the power button on your right earbuds for 10-15 seconds. You will see a series of indicator lights which will include a blue/white alternating lights. Continue holding the power button until you see only a fast blinking white light.
4. Repeat the same process with your left earbud.
5. Both earbuds will blink only white while they search for each other.
6. Once pairing together, the left ear will show a solid white light. The right light will start blinking blue/white indicating it is looking for a device to connect to.
7. On you device under your Bluetooth settings there should be a new connecting: JLab JBuds Air.

We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment with the JBuds Air. This unit does put out over 100 db, and should have a nice rich sound. Usually, the problem of low quality sound is due to an improper seal. Please ensure that you are using the best fit tips, and that the cush fin is touching the back of your ear. Also, give them a 1/4 turn counterclockwise to seal the deal. If this does not help, We do cover our Bluetooth headphones with a two-year limited warranty, and we'd like t get you a new unit. Another Great Pair of Earbuds by JLAB.

First, I “seasoned” my JLAB JBuds Air True Wireless Earbuds with the JLAB Audio App’s burn-in method. The JLAB JBuds Air True Wireless Earbuds are a nice addition to my portable listening experience. Each earbud has different button functions to operate the earbuds. They Pair via Bluetooth extremely easy. All I had to do was to press the earbud button for three seconds and wait for a solid white light to indicate a completed connection. Once connected, I can control Equalizer modes, volume up and down, track forward and backward, play/pause/answer and hang up all from pressing the buttons a different amount of clicks to operate various functions. It comes with a charging case for charging the earbuds. The charging device is universal for all USB inputs. I have three equalizer modes (signature, balanced, and bass boost) that enhances my music to my own particular desires. They also answer phone calls clearly without distortion. The JLAB JBuds Air True Wireless Earbuds are dynamic and a pleasure to own.
