      You should be getting 4-5 hours playtime out of the buds themselves, the case holds 10 hours. The buds will take 1.5 hours to charge in the case. The most common cause of low battery life is having the buds in the wrong slots. Please make sure L is in L and R in R. We do cover our Bluetooth headphones with a two-year limited warranty.     I bought these as my first wireless earbuds. I decided to go witch a cheaper pair (not bose, iwhatever, or samsung) to decide if I even like wireless earbuds at all. So keep this in mind when reading this review. I have nothing to compare these too! I love the sound! The bass setting (only 3 different settings) is amazing. They get quite loud if you choose! I like the way they look, and I love the charging case. I will say, the instructions that came in the box were fantastic. I purchased my gma a wirless earbud for $12, and I couldn't even figure out how to pair them. The instructions that come with this are very user friendly.

      Hey heinzness, I have included the best step by step directions for your review: We’re sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your earbuds not connecting. Please find the steps below on how to get them pairing back together. 1. Remove the connection from your device (then turn off your Bluetooth) 2. Turn both earbuds off 3. Press and hold the power button on your right earbuds for 10-15 seconds. You will see a series of indicator lights which will include a blue/white alternating lights. Continue holding the power button until you see only a fast blinking white light. 4. Repeat the same process with your left earbud. 5. Both earbuds will blink only white while they search for each other. 6. Once pairing together, the left ear will show a solid white light. The right light will start blinking blue/white indicating it is looking for a device to connect to. 7. On you device under your Bluetooth settings there should be a new connecting: JLab JBuds Air. If these do not work, shoot us a call at 405.445.7219 Monday-Thursday between 8am-5pm p.t Friday 8am-3pm p.t so that we may get you paired back up.       So sorry to hear of the pairing issues that you're running into with your JBuds Air. I have included the best pairing instructions that we have for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your earbuds not connecting, the problem occurs if you ever place the right in the left, or left in the right to charge. This makes them forget how to find each other. Please find the steps below on how to get them pairing back together.
      1. Remove the connection from your device

    Overall these ear buds were easy to use and set up. The only true downfall is that they are kind of a pain to fit in your ear and stay in your ear when doing rigorous activities. The sound quality is good, the price is good. Wish it would have stayed in my ear better, but overall a good product.

    Before I got these, I had the more expensive $80 Anker earbuds. The two earbuds constantly disconnected and reconnected, and the sound was not good. So, I took them back after less than 24 hours of use and saved myself $30 by buying the Jlabs. I LOVE these earbuds! They have very good sound after you set it to your preference for sound. They charge quickly and they connect and stay connected to each other and to my phone. It does take some practice to learn how to seat them in your ears. You have to make sure to use the right size tips. And, I use the rubber bumpers. I can jog and exercise with them in and they don’t come out. Sometimes I feel like they are coming out, but once they are in correctly, they rarely move. Once you have them in correctly, they are pretty soundproof. You can’t hear anything around you, so when walking up the street, I sometimes just use the right one so that I can stay aware of my surroundings. But, they are perfect for flying on a plane with a crying baby;-). Buy them, you will LOVE them! I took off one star because they have been sort of spotty on phone calls. Some people say that they can hear me and some say it sounds like I am far away.
