They were good while they lasted but they didn’t last long unfortunately. Luckily I bought the insurance bcuz I had a feeling they would go bad

I'm not into the whole earbud craze but my son talked me into buying a pair when we saw them at about half off (around $30). I was skeptical but pleasently surprised. They sound excellent, with very good bass response. Rock, metal, hip hop all sound very good. Battery life is good too. Learning curve is not bad. Unsure about long term reliability but they still work great a month later.

Spent $65 on these earbuds at Best Buy and they suck! The volume is awful. And when you increase the volume, it does a weird pause thing. No one wants that!! The volume is extremely weak! You might as well let someone scream the lyrics in your ear to feel something! So save your coins and go get a pair of JBL earbuds like I am about to do!!

To be honest, I wasn't really expecting much out of these at first, but they actually are really great. The connection is decent. There's usually about one glitch in the connection per hour, but it's no big deal. It fits great without the optional cush-fins, but a little too big with them (for me). Overall, these are awesome. I actually prefer these over Apple's Airpods.

Honestly for $50, I was so surprised by the bass, and the modes! There is balanced, JLab Signature, and Bass Boost. The modes you should really try if you buy these are JLab Signature, and Bass Boost. You should get these if you don’t wanna waste all that money on phone specific earbuds.

I purchased one set of another brand and had to return them, didn't like the feel. The JLab Audio earbuds you can trust to go the mile , the battery life is superb and sound is good for what you pay. Good job JLab Audio and thank you.I will be purchasing an additional model.

First off I do love the ear buds. For the most part I think they are 5 stars. I do have one major issue with them. When taking phone calls you can only hear the call from the right earbud. I know most people don't mind this but I have bad hearing in my right ear and it makes it to where I can not even hear anyone when I talk on the phone with the buds. Hope they release a fix for this.

Picked these up to have at work for music and a few company calls. Audio is good and convenience is excellent. If I want big sound I have a pair of Sony Bluetooth over the head headphones. But for a jog or just to tune out co-workers these are perfect.

These earbuds work very well for the price. They pair easily, have great battery life, and pretty much work as expected. Had a bad experience with buying a cheaper pair of earbuds on amazon, so I'm glad I was able to find these.

I bought three pair, two for me, and one for my daughter (26-years-old). One of my pairs has worked perfect for a year. I use them every day, I even sleep with one of them because my wife can't sleep with any sound in the room. My second pair worked for about a month and then totally stopped working. I took it into the Geek Squad who told me that I would need to contact JLab. My daughter brought me back her pair and on her phone and one my phone they NEVER WORKED. Best Buy refused to take them back telling me to contact JLab. So I rated this 2 stars because one pair worked well (4 stars), and the other two were flops (1 star each). six divided by three is two, so my rating is two stars.

Audio is not the best. I do like the battery life and the convenience these provide.

They are nice ear buds, I just got them in the mail today. I immediately noticed a scratching / crackling sound in the left ear bud especially when you turn the volume up. They are convenient though and connected easily. The crackling in the left side is just hard for me to get past since I like to listen to my music loud.

1) People often complain that they could not hear me better. But Im able to hear them clearly and also good for Music / Videos. So ended up more as Bluetooth Audio only and as Microphone. 2) Recently Left ear bud pairs and no audio in it. Thought of returning it if i could not fix this over this weekend

At first, I was really impressed. Good solid sound, easy pairing - and when I placed the buds in the box, they disconnected. After a while, though, when the battery showed 1 bar, the buds did not disconnect. Then, even though they were fully charged, showing connection to my phone, they would disconnect, so the sound came from the phone. Also, for whatever reason, the left bud would not stay in my ear regardless of which tip I used. I have a cheap pair of wireless-with-wire set that have never disconnected while showing they were connected. Thankfully, BestBuy was will to accept the return.

Great Earbuds for the price not too expensive considering its an off-branded.

I've had these buds for about a month. They work great as expected. My only issue was the tips are seriously uncomfortable. I think its due to the fact the company wanted to have their logo included on the tip. Anyway, I purchased tips from Amazon (memory foam) and they are wonderful now.

I love these earbuds. The sound is average in quality but for the price you cant beat them for true wireless. The battery life is perfect for me.

JLab JBuds Air True Wireless is a good buy if you are looking for cheap prices on wirelees headphones.
