Inexpensive, solid build, above average sound, incredible convenience.

I have to admit that I was looking for a cheaper pair of wireless buds and let me tell you, you get what you pay for. Just splurge and ask the wife for forgiveness later. 1. They are extremely uncomfortable. I have wireless buds that I have worn out and these are really uncomfortable. I have owned multiple buds and these are by far the most uncomfortable. 2. They do not work as advertised. One ear bud will work (typically the right one) and the other will not pair correctly. I have trouble shot the issue and you have to do this every time you use them. That is extremely annoying and time consuming. 3. You turn one on and the other (left) does its own thing. The left one is in its own little bluetooth galaxy waiting for the ADHD meds to kick in so that it can actually function. 4. The buttons to use them are really annoying. You really need to channel your inner high school pubescent calculus class past self to understand and remember how many taps does what and how long each tap is for. Was it 4 taps for the #1 at Chic fa Le or 5?? I surely will not be using these, which is obvious and I clearly will be returning them - if only I could throw them through the window like the old lady from discount tire. JK. They are not worth throwing. Just return them. I very obviously will not be recommending them. Maybe to Mike. Mike is a giant tool. So Mike will use some and I shall watch him get annoyed and be happy with that. So I guess these ear buds will bring me some type of satisfaction.

Great audio and look definitely worth the price nothing beats this

All my bass heads out there, do not waste your money on this. I was so excited to get these pair of earbuds as a cheaper alternative to the airpods. Since there was so many good reviews out there, I figured why not. I got these for $30 on a black friday deal, so I was excited to get some $50 earbuds. Everything went smoothly until I played my music and the bass was practically missing. Instead of a decent sound of bass that I was expecting, it almost sounded like static when strong bass would be present. Even when changing into the different modes, "JLab Enhanced," "Balanced," and "Bass Boost," none of them helped the issue whatsoever. I will be returning these. These earbuds are decent if you're just taking phone calls or listening to podcasts, but if you're looking to buy these solely for the purpose of listening to music then I do not recommend.

I was, am looking for an Air Pods alternative. I have an LG bluetooth headset for years now and it's always been good. My LG bluetooth headphones is the item that is placed around the neck with wires running to earbuds. That creates a feel of wire resistance against my collared shirt so I wanted to find something that truely was wireless and would be "liberating". This did that, but it is bulky. It's big, which in itself is not a problem. HERE IS WHAT MADE ME RETURN THE ITEM. The controls (volume up/down, equalizer, skip/rewind/ off&on) is achieved by pushing on the earbud. Unless Air Pods, it's not touch sensitive. So, to do any of it, you have to push hard against the ear bud. Imagine having the ear bud in your ear and you having to push hard on it. It is very uncomfortable as the hard plastic of the ear bud is pressed against your ear. If the earbud had some skin, rubberized ring, maybe it wouldn't hurt so bad. But it's hard plastic. I returned the item and am still on the look out for an Air Pod alternative. Be aware of what you are getting.

Great ear buds but I started having trouble with charging them. So i returned them and got a new pair

i was very excited to get a true wireless pair of headphones and the overall small package design is great and these were a great price but thats where the good ends...the sound is shallow and low the volume does not go very high and the bass is non existent...if your looking for a cheap replacement then i would spend a little extra to get a good pair of ear buds

NIce wireless bud but I have one problem the left earbud Is not charging at all I will go to bestbuy to change but I really love this product .

I wanted to like these as the price was spot on. However, even using the smaller rings around the bud, they still did not fit my ears. Way too large - they stuck out and then fell out in my kitchen. I was very disappointed. I love the charging case, pairing them was a breeze with my iPhone, but if the ear bud won't fit properly in the ear, it's useless. :(

Too heavy, Wont stay in ears. Too low of volume. Definitely better corded headphones out there.

For what they are, my son loves them. A fraction of the cost of the other big brand option.

My husband bought these for me as a gift. As soon as I connected them to my phone I loved them! but after only a month's use, the case did not charge my earbuds. I was so disappointed because the reviews are great and because the sound is so good WHEN they work. Giving it 2 stars cause I got a dud on the case ;/

I wanted some truly wireless earbuds but always balked at the price. After a lot of researched, I picked these ones and I now love it. I still use wired headphones at my desk for battery reasons but when out and about, these are pretty cool.

For the price these are good wireless headphones and does the job. Yet there are three issues which knocked these headphones down a few points since I need music during my workouts. 1) Terrible cush fins. After a while they become extremely loose and your headphones will slip out of your ears and you have to constantly adjust them. Definitely a safety hazard if you are on the treadmill or doing HIIT workouts where you are constantly on the move. 2) Pushing those buttons. You have to push them so hard you have to shove the headphones into your ears and that hurts. LOL. 3) Sometimes you may lose the connections. Either between your headphones with your device. Or the headphones do not connect with each other. A real pain in trying to connect everything together.

I just got these earbuds very recently and they worked fine up until the past 2 days. The right earbud doesn’t turn on and neither will connect to my phone. Charging them over night has pretty much no effect on them. It’s always at low battery or dead so I’m able to use them for around 5 minutes at a time before they die. I’ve looked up how to fix this charging issue and nothing has worked. The charging aspect is overly complicated in general. The earbuds charge separately from the case and you have to charge the earbuds with the case in order for them to work, which is both a blessing and a curse but has been proven to be very inconvenient for me. They’re not really worth the money. Go buy Soundpeats Wireless Earbuds on Amazon, they’re the same price and WAY better than these.

Tried and tried to get these to work, even to the point where I felt like I had wasted way too much of my valuable time. I could hear the lady's voice in the earbud tell me 'you're connected' and I could see the earbuds listed in my bluetooth list on the phone, but when anything was played on the phone it never came through the earbuds, only through the external phone speaker. I finally had enough and decided to return it. BUT THEN I learned that bestbuy has a really SHORT return window, so now I am stuck with a $55 earbud pair that doesn't function. I can't sell them to someone else in good conscience since I think they are flawed. After my episode with these I spoke to a couple pf people at my job who use them and they said they have intermittent problems with them too, like sound coming only form one side, then the problem will go away for a while, then return. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE buying these. I also will be CLOSING MY BESTBUY ACCOUNT due to all the issues I've had with their ordering policies etc lately. And good riddance; who needs that headache. smh
