    Weak pair of headphones all together.

    After a week of use, the Bluetooth stopped connecting properly. It would repeatedly disconnect and reconnect every time both headphones were in (the left one in particularly caused issues. Second, the charging in the headphones is just 5 hours, so in order to get the most out of them, you have to only use one ear bud at a time. Third, the fit and the touch mechanism of the ear buds are very poor. I tried on every size of rubber insert pieces they provide, and they all still hurt my ears after a couple hours of use and slipped out of my ear. Fourth, the sound quality of this brand is ridiculously poor. Not only could I still hear myself and others very clearly with the headphone volume on high, the actual sound quality regardless of the settings, was very low quality comparing it to other “cheaper” wireless headphones. Would not recommend. Waste of time and money.

    Whose idea was it to make the right earbud the primary, I use Bluetooth for the individual use of them. I have a hearing impairment in my right ear and only use the left, but there is no microphone and it needs the left one to be out to work. Very poor operation method.

    Wouldn't Waste Time Buying Since They Didn't Work

    I bought these because BestBuy chat said these were a Quality item, something that would meet my Needs so I bought them this Ear Bud set that they Recommend, Didn't Work I am someone who will put a limited trust when buying something online even in person, so when I Spend My Money on an item that was Recommended by a Department store or online website I Tend to Loose that trust in the Website/Store and if it happens more than once I Tend to shop or do business with them out of 35-45 Products and Accessories or Appliances and Tech Gear I have had to return about a 1/3 of my Purchases but less than half of those were Recommended by a sales Rep or online chat but Recently I have had to return more items Recommended so I have to be more Cautious, I don't know if it's because of the stores not being up front on the items So Don't Buy These Ear Buds

    Ok headphones

    Sounds quality is not very good. The buttons on the headphones are hard to use and don't always recognize a press. The eq settings don't seem to work very well, perhaps due to the bad sound quality. I was expecting them to sound at least as good as my 15$ headphones, but they do not. Returning them.

    Just terrible headphones!

    Not good for exercising with! The sound is constantly cutting in and out and they come loose really easily. The touch functions rarely do what their supposed to.. Also don't get very loud.

    DO NOT BUY THESE THINGS if you want to use them to work out.  They specifically say they are sweat resistant and good for exercise.  However, if I perspire a lot (which I do when I exercise), when the sweat touches the buds, it starts to do things like try to answer non-existent phone calls, draft texts or emails, not to mention just constantly cutting out of whatever I'm trying to listen to.  It must be the sensors on the buds.  Of course the warranty had expired, so I chucked these pieces of garbage in the trash and bought a different brand.

    The audio quality is surpassed by wired earbuds half the price. The design doesn't allow for a secure fit required to produce a deep bass sound, though your ears may be different. The battery life is fine but I listen to music during a 9 hour shift, and the battery will die after 6 hours which might be more than enough for some people, but not for me. The charging case is unreliable to the point of uselessness. I have left the earbuds in the charging case for 12 hours and taken them out and the battery lasted only 2 hours. The high end distorts and crackles at any volume above very quiet. If you need high quality audio and long battery life, you will be very disappointed.

    Idk who rated these 5 stars but I feel like these are trash. They are NOT loud. They dont join together and die pretty quickly on me. Save your money and just get airpods. These are weak af. My left ear doesnt even work. I bought these in August. Its freaking September.

    Trash. Can’t use one headphone at a time because putting the other headphone in the case will disconnect everything. If I’m listening on one earbud (which is the only way I can listen at work) then it disconnects everything when I walk too far from the unused earbud so I need to carry that around in my pocket everywhere, but I’ve dropped it a few times out of my pocket and I worry if I lose it I won’t be able to connect at all because for some dumb reason you need both earbuds within distance. Battery lasts like 3 hours so I need to charge it 3-4 times just for one day.

    Jlab earbuds

    I bought Jlab earbuds 2 months back. main problem is earbuds nor not holding when we are moving and not fitting into ears properly. and my main concern is not working for Skype calls from my laptop. So i will not recommend this.

    Was excited about these...until I tried using them

    I created a Best Buy account just to leave this review. I bought these on a whim because I needed new headphones and didn't feel like spending $100+ on a new pair. Well, to say the least, I've learned my lesson, you get what you pay for. Anyway, now to the review. I cannot speak to the sound quality for these since I was never even able to connect them to my phone in the first place. It seems like the right earbud never charged from the beginning. The left bud seemed to work, but all that I got out of that bud was a blinking white light and "hello" and "goodbye" when the earbud switched on and off.

    By the time I got them, everything was working pretty well and I followed every step written on the instructions. However, a week later, the charging case suddenly stopped working (the LED would not turn on, so this was a clear indication that the charging case will no longer work) and therefore, the earbuds would not charge, and when I wanted to get a new pair, the employees told me that it was not possible and that getting a refund was not possible neither. In conclusion, this was such a terrible product and possibly the worst investment I've ever made.

    Right ear bud died on next day

    I was extremely excited to get my hands on these ear buds and made sure I got these before I went on international travel. I checked them right after purchase by pairing with my iPhone 11 and they were amazing at first. However, to my surprise the right earbud stopped working the next day which made all my efforts and $$ go to waste. The right earbud doesn't seem to be charging and it won't turn on. Only keeps blinking blue light when tapped 4 times keeping inside box. SAVE YOUR $$$ and spend somewhere else. Huge disappointment.

    Great until one stops working

    Loved these ear buds but one quit working 1 day after the 15 day return / exchange policy. Very upsetting as you pay 50.00 you expect a better product or an exchange at least.

    For $41, This is the worst product I have had

    Poor sound quality. No bass. Doesn't fit into ears right. My $9 earbuds have better sound quality and fit better into my ears. The charger in the thing isn't even a standard usb charger, so it doesn't fit right into a charging block. I cant even turn the things off; it says to turn them off, to put them into the case, but I can still hear them playing my music through the case. For $41, this is the worst product I have ever purchased.

      Hi there, we're sorry to hear this. All JLab products comes with different eartips to ensure a comfortable fit. Our charging cable uses a standard USB A cord. This works with 99% of charging blocks. To get your earbuds to turn off simply stop playing your music and drop them in the case. If music is playing, the earbuds will not turn off. jlabaudio-conv

    I purchased these out of a necessity for wireless phone calls. Also used them to listen to music/audiobook. First impression was decent, the sound was good and they fit semi comfortably. 4 or 5 hours in the battery was already dying. Does not last near as long as advertised. Call quality was decent at times, but after 3 weeks is constantly complained about. Also the right earbuds sound went out and I've tried all suggested troubleshooting and it won't connect.
