The only reason for four stars is these were bought to wear under a helmet and are a bit to bulky getting a helmet over.

But you’re supposed to be able to put these into their case to decouple them from your phone, and I find that they recouple constantly, pulling the audio away from your phone and draining the batteries. Also, the left earbud requires this long, manual repairing process that isn’t supposed to happen after the initial use, but has in my experience. Worked with their tech support on this, but I just think these are the weak points in a promising AirPods alternative.

So sorry to hear that we were unable to successfully troubleshoot your issue. This has not been a prevalent issue with these buds. Hopefully you were made aware of our two year warranty. We do cover all our Bluetooth headphones with a two-year limited warranty. The sound quality is top notch with great low end bass. They are very comfortable to wear and the integrated charging cable is something no other earbuds on the market have.

Easy to pair, manage and navigate once you get used to operations. Good for calls and normal usage. Do not expect to enjoy music with this ear buds and for this price range.

I’ve had many types of wireless earbuds and these seem to do the job, especially for the price. I love my Jaybirds, but the charging apparatus Is garbage. At least with these headphones they have their own Charging Case and I want to worry about that.

They pair up easily, sync well together, and hold a charge very well, too. Best of all, the case recharges the buds which limits the time I have to spend plugging the case with buds into a wall charger. Nice! The battery life is good, fit solidly in my ears, and are comfortable, too. I tried the bands that surround the larger part of the buds at first for a tight ear fit but later took them off and found the buds to fit nicely.

The rubber tips are a little uncomfortable compared to airpods but the price is excellent and the sound quality is great. Have not used them long enough to test battery life but the case has built in usb cable.
