Every once in a while they stop syncing during a call. Once or twice fully charged, but not enough to not like them.

Only complaint is they sometimes connect while in their case. This switches the music from your car or other bluetooth device to the earbuds even though they are in the case.

So sorry to hear of the pairing issues. Please follow the provided instructions to get paired back up. 1. Remove the connection from your device
2. Turn both earbuds off
3. Press and hold the power button on your right earbuds for 10-15 seconds. You will see a series of indicator lights which will include a blue/white alternating lights. Continue holding the power button until you see only a fast blinking white light.
4. Repeat the same process with your left earbud.
5. Both earbuds will blink only white while they search for each other.
6. Once pairing together, the left ear will show a solid white light. The right light will start blinking blue/white indicating it is looking for a device to connect to.
7. On you device under your Bluetooth settings there should be a new connecting: JLab JBuds Air.

The battery on the case keeps a charge in the buds everytime you put them back in. My only complaint is the size of them. For people with smaller ears they can get a little uncomfortable, even with the silicone bumpers on.
