Was a gift but my wife didn't like the color...

So, we returned them to Best Buy which was hassle free and got a different brand and color. Leaving excellent reviews all around although we didn't officially use the product. I don't have a choice to say I returned them or "not applicable". So, they get good reviews since I don't have those options.
