Sounds ok but charging problems

I'm constantly checking the lights on the front are both blinking. It's not uncommon to have one fully charged and the other discharged. Also the fact you can't use them fully independently is a negative.

For some reason these work perfect for her. It does not work for me, but the review is based off the product working exactly like expected and it is.

Sometimes, the other parties in the conference call told me they have a hard time listening to my voice. It was fine when I disconnected it. However, I am okay with this earned headphone when I listen to music.

No sound from right earbud

It still plays/pause and etcetera but there is no sound coming out. I tried everything in the user manual to reset it and it did not work. Sound is great, but I wish both earbuds would work.
