I bought these for my son and he set them up immediately. He's definitely enjoying them.

Got this for the wife for xmas, she likes them but thinks they are too big for her ears.

Is very stylish, but wouldn't stay in ur ear for a long time those with smaller ears.

Max volume is too low. Couldn’t raise it any higher .

The earbuds work great. The only downfall appears to be the extremely short charging cord.

I have used JLab products for years, and they are consistently very good. I do not buy so many because they break, but because I lose them or launder them. However, I have had wired and wireless buds for years at a time, and they have never been faulty nor have they broken. I purchased these buds on sale, marked down from $50 to $30, and returned them the next day. The bass response is nonexistent; the remainder of the sound spectrum is thin; and they are not comfortable (and I wear my other JLabs for hours at a time). My dissatisfaction is not because I am an audiophile with unrealistic expectations. I paid about $25 for my current bluetooth (but not wireless) JLab buds, which sound amazing. I would not pay any amount for these buds, because they are unlistenable. I am giving these 2 stars only because it is JLab, and the packaging was really well done. Not sure how JLab managing to mess these up.

Installers keep me posted throughout the entire process. Very professional and they knew what they were doing. Installation was easy for them but would have been too much for me. Very satisfied with the entire install.

Refreshing. A pair of totally wireless earbuds that are instantly impressive. It seems the last dozen or so I've used have let me down, left me wanting, for some reason or another. These sound great. Instantly impactful sound with plenty of volume and bass and without distortion. They fit comfortably right out of the case, and that's without out even fine-tuning their fit by using different tips (they provide 3 pair total, plus an optional rubber ring that acts as a kind of wing). The unit itself fits well in the concha or the auricle. The earbuds include controls for volume, next track, etc. and includes helpful, and well pronounced audio clues like "battery medium." This device easily best others costing 2X, 3X, & 4X as much. I'd give it 5 stars if it were perfect, and for that I'd like active audio canceling and audio pass-through. For the price, assuming they hold up for more than a few months, they're about as good as they get.

They were easier to set up than I thought. They work good for what I needed.
