The sound quality is very good, though it's not absolutely amazing. They fit very well, though it may take a couple tries to get them to fit perfectly. They easily connect to all of my devices and they are super easy to use. Not to mention, the price. The price was the thing that sold me and it was not a waste of $50. I've had them for about a year, and they are still working perfectly. The only thing I'm complaining about is the battery life. Now, if you are only going to use these earbuds for a couple hours, they are great. But, if you are wishing to use them all the time, you are going to have to charge them every few hours. This gets a little tedious sometimes, but they take one to one and a half hours to reach full charge again. Overall, I love this product and I would definitely recommend them.

Nice case and the benefit of no wires since the charging wire is part of the case. Charge does not last that long when in use but the do charge fast in the case.

Used them a few times a week and they were ok. Quality not good. They have recently stopped disconnecting from my phone and powering off once placed in the charging case. I'll be driving and my car sound is interrupted by my phone connecting to the earbuds while in the case.

Microphone doesn't work

The microphone just doesn't work and Feels like you are heard from 10m far. Is there a reset option on the microphone or replacement facility by Jlab?
