I hadn't taken it outside my home or anything, and it enjoyed a relatively calm environment inside. Support team threw out my case as well.

The earbuds are well priced compared to their competitors, but due to the issues with disconnecting I wouldn't recommend this product.

I got the 2nd one but it was still bowed out about 40% less so I kept it. I wish the manufacturer took care of the packaging so it would not bow out the fridge when it is shipped.

As far as making calls and functionality during the call, these left room for improvement. Couldn't hang up calls and turn up the volume. Noise cancellation wasn't the best. They work for being able to be hands free.
