Was always buying the cheaper ones. Those didn't last very long. She found a middle of the road brand and came up with these. She really likes them.

This set has more software controls than expected for the price; however without BASS support, they are not of any use.

They pair good and sound pretty good (not as good as airpods) so if you are only buying for music they are a great value under $30.

He’s not very tech savvy, but was able to connect them to his phone and I haven’t seen him without at least one in his ears at all times! He definitely loves them!

The main reason I am dissatisfied is due to discomfort, the earbuds constant slip out of my ears. I have tried the cushion sizes that are included in the package and it just hasn't worked out. I resulted to using them just to take quick phone calls but that is not working out well because the caller constantly complains that it is hard to hear me and it seems I am far away from the line when talking. Also, they can hear all sorts of background noises during the call. I knew these were not noise cancelling earbuds so I am not disappointed there but I had average expectations for this product, mainly to stay placed in my ears. I plan on exchanging them for a more expensive product of earbuds, in hopes of getting my expectations met.
