They don't disconnect from my phone upon storing them in the case and they don't fit my ear well. I went to exchsnge them but I was outside of the refund window by 4 days. $60 wasted :(

Posted .Hi Curtis, we are so sorry about your poor experience. The buds should turn off after placing them in a charged case. If the case isn't charged you must unpair them manually from your device to turn off. If this doesn't help please contact our customer service team as you have a two-year manufacturers warranty on the earbuds and they can work with you to get you a new pair. -JLab Audio

They don’t seem to stay in her ear very well as well. Could really do a better job of the quality of the product. Sound is pretty well tho

The charge in the buds holds for continuous use for about 3 hours. It's sort of a good thing if your ear canal gets hot or sweaty and needs a break, or if your ear is small and feels pain from wearing these buds.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just spoke with Steve at Jlabs and their product support area at 405 – 445 – 7219 and let him know that I can play music directly from my Apple watch series 5, but as soon as I try to take a call the right earpiece Bluetooth disconnects and my Apple watch speaker plays for the call. I tested this side-by-side with my power beats three and the Apple watch series 5 worked fine taking a call. Some compatibility issue Steve said probably with the Jlab product. He also stated he received a call the other day on this exact issue from somebody else. He said he will talk with his engineer and they will get back to me. Just wanted to let all of you know that there may be an issue.

They are a step up from your average basic headphones but definitely not 5 star quality. They look cool and neat but didn’t cut it for me.
