I always have a problem finding earbuds that fit just right because of my small ears. These fit ok but begin to hurt my ears after a while of wearing them.

The sound quality is not as good and sometimes you hear static or other noises. Sometimes they go out of sync and each bud has a different sound. Also, they keep falling out of my hears.

We are very sorry to hear of the pairing issues, as well as the volume. The JBuds Air should be putting out a nice, clear, rich sound, with volume over 100 db. A proper seal is critical for max volume. If the back of the bud is not touching the back of your ear, you don't have a proper seal. The sound out on the left is caused close to 100% of the time, by placing the buds in the incorrect charging slots for even a split second. I have attached the best instructions to repair the two buds. 1. Remove the connection from your device
2. Turn both earbuds off
3. Press and hold the power button on your right earbuds for 10-15 seconds. You will see a series of indicator lights which will include a blue/white alternating lights. Continue holding the power button until you see only a fast blinking white light.
4. Repeat the same process with your left earbud.
5. Both earbuds will blink only white while they search for each other.
6. Once pairing together, the left ear will show a solid white light. The right light will start blinking blue/white indicating it is looking for a device to connect to.
7. On you device under your Bluetooth settings there should be a new connecting: JLab JBuds Air.
