The sound is not terrible when you hold them in but everyone can see the impracticality of that.

Posted .Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. If this doesn't help, you may need smaller ear tips which you can purchase any 3.5mm size to better fit. -JLab Audio

We had some issues with the left earbud not working and tried all troubleshooting JLab recommended. They ended up needing to replace the pair, and customer service was great!

They don't sit in ears great. If you use them for 30-45 minutes at a time they aren't bad. Longer than that and they'll be uncomfortable

Good soundproof but the volume is so low! I, Myself even tried to raise the volume from the phone and the headphones by following the instructions but the volume is every low! I want to return them but I think it’s already to late since we have had them for a little over a month. I wish he would of tested them sooner versus weeks after I gave them to him!
