Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I made so sure that I can use just 1 bud (it has to be the right bud) and Siri/Google assistant at the same time, as the manual says that the right bud double click activates Siri. The actual manual that came with my pair looks exactly the same except it says that the left bud activates Siri. This makes them useless because the whole point is to have some cheap true wireless buds that I can only wear one ear to stay alerted and use Siri at the same time. It took me more than one month of time and energy and frustration to figure out why my buds won't activate Siri. I even flashed my phone. And when I finally found out why, the return window has closed. Nor would going through the hassle of the returning process be worth it. Shame on you, Best Buy and JLab!
