Firstly the sound always sounded far away and low on bass. The earbuds don't always both start up when removed from the case (have to restart to get both to come on together) and don't automatically turn off when the case is closed (found this out the hard way when I left them in the case overnight without turning them off, drained both them and the case completely!). Earbuds never connect to my laptops the first time (either one, tried 2 of them). Always requires multiple connects and disconnects till they finally connect. Then I find that if I'm using them and then try to use Discord or Zoom that suddenly they disconnect and I can neither hear nor use the mic until I manually disconnect them and reconnect again. TONS of sound issued with zoom with participants dropping in and out of audio with little buzzes (I have wireless headsets that don't have these issues). I had a $20 pair of no name earbuds that had better sound and behavior than these. Sent them back for a return after a week. Would not buy again. TLDR: Temperamental bluetooth connectivity, bad sound quality, doesn't work well with Zoom.
