Don's Work, PERIOD

Only bought them for airline travel use, and since received, I have not traveled because of covid 19 concerns. Regardless, I took them out of the case yesterday mid-morning, to make sure they worked as I knew I would want them while working last evening. So, at around 10 am yesterday, I took them out of the case (which was charged) to make sure they worked. Right one paired, and before I could install left one, I heard “battery low”….installed left….”Gooodbye”. So I put them back in the case to charge. 5PM, got them out to use. Paired right one, “Battery fully charged”. Worked well for about 15 minutes, then started to drop out about 1 word in 5 (was listening to stand up). Kept getting worse. Stopped what I was doing and took them out, and put them back in the case. About 10 minutes later, took them back out of the case, paired and installed them in ears. Worked well for about 10 minutes then started to lose signal again. My phone is on my hip and they can’t keep a connection. Best Buy will not take them back, JBuds has taken a week to reply to me email, and I have to ship them back on my dime and wait for a coupon so i can buy another piece of JBUD crap. DON'T BUY JBUDS...PERIOD
