    Ear buds kept falling out my ears

    Ear buds were to big for my ears, kept falling out my ear. I returned them 4 days later got a refund.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. The proper fit is key to a great listening experience. If none of these tips work you can purchase 3.5mm ones elsewhere to place on your buds. -JLab Audio jlabaudio-conv

    This earbud didn’t matter how I put it my ears were coming out always and have to pick them up from floor

    they are nice but I bought 2 and on both of them one side wasn't working in like 2 months of use.

    I've been buying most of my electronics, accessories, etc from Best Buy for the last 10+ years and given positive reviews on all of the except for this Earbuds. WORST head phones EVER !!! Earbuds are not comfortable (guaranteed to irritate your ears) , the sound is just ok and most of all stop working within 2 months (only use it randomly) THE WORST PURCHASE EVER !!!!

    I didn’t care for the fit. They kept falling out, therefore I kept losing them. I ended up taking them back.

    They were good while they lasted but after 10 months they stopped syncing to each other. Now they are junk.

    I did not like this. Both earbuds do not charge at the same time. Also, they do not stay in your ears at all.
