    purchased as a gift for my son. He didn't like them said they are too big and uncomfortable.

    These were the worst earbuds ever purchased. They never charged properly in the case so it would cut off after a few minutes of using it. No amount of troubleshooting helped. I threw them away after a while. It just wasn't worth pursuing replacements. Plus, they were too big and uncomfortable for my small ear canals.

    Not a good fit in my ear, had to return them. Too heavy and sticks out of my ear too much

    Stop charging after 3 weeks.

    The sound is great but the left side stop charging after 3 weeks use. I checked to make sure the buds are in correct left right position in the pod. I also tried different chargers. Only the right side blue light is solid on the bud and blinking on the case. No blue light on left bud or on case. Going back to bestbuy to see if I can exchange or return it.

    You get what you pay for. this headphones are not good after wearing for a long time it will hurt your ears. Every time you press a button it hurts your ear. You should spend $50 more and get the sound core truly wireless headphones they're worth the price. And no I don't recommend them at all nor I are recommended for for my children nor my dog. They need a lot of work.

    I have small ears and couldn't wear these comfortably after many different tries. I had to return these.

    Not very good if you move around at all

    I purchased these with high hopes after watching online reviews. I am not happy that I really can't use these while I am walking or for that matter any kind of movements. These are fine to use if you sit completely still. I use these with a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone, but I own another bluetooth headphones that give me no problems at all with this phone.
