I bought these during the holidays and didn’t use them right away. I started using them for the past month, and now one side is so muffled you can barely hear the muffled sound the other one is very staticky. Don’t waste your money

Only had these for a couple of days before I returned them, and purchased the galaxy buds i intended to get from the beginning. Maybe if you have never used a bluetooth, these would work. They sounded ok but wouldn't stay connected.

The JBuds Air True Wireless Headphones are a budget friendly wireless headset that offers an extensive feature set for the price. Let’s look at the pros and the cons: Pros- IP 55 Dust and water resistant. Built in equalizer. You can choose between Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost. They all work but I think the Signature sounded best. Sound was average. Not terrible but there is a difference between the JBuds Air and more expensive wireless headsets. However, it was better than I expected for a $50 headset. Nice charging case. Cons – Phone mic sound not good. I tested it with a friend and it sounded distant and metallic. Any background sound made the voice quality drop out. They are a bit large for in ear earbuds. The earbuds stayed in place but it felt awkward. I found the controls a bit awkward to use. So are the JBuds Air True Wireless Headphones worth buying? It depends. First you have to set proper expectations. They are not going to the best sounding, offer the best battery life nor the best fit. However, you got a lot for your money for $49 that the competition cannot match at this price point. If you are looking for the best sound, take a pass but expect to pay 3 times the price. For basic everyday use and decent quality, you can’t go wrong.

Liked them when they worked . Lasted 1 month then the right side ear bud is now dead and won't charge, turn on, or pair to the left earbud.

I don't recommend... It goes bad very quickly and is very large. Super expensive and not really sweat proof. Charges poorly. Buy something else.

They lasted a month. Then right one wouldn’t charge more than 50%. It also wouldn’t connect to the left one automatically. Had to push and hold button every time to get it on. Also, didn’t have great sound. Wouldn’t buy again!

If you are planning to listen to music, this is not the product for you. The 14 hour battery life was extremely misleading. The battery life was less than one hour listening to music. Very disappointed in the misleading marketing.

I feel that this was a bad investment Due to my Samsung earbuds I purchased then they never made it to me the only ones at the time were these Just as I thought they do not perform well No one can ever hear me

Bought these on Aug. 20th didn’t use but maybe a dozen times and in the middle of something I was listening to they stopped working. They were fully charged and only been using them about 5 minutes.

Do not buy!!!!! They worked for just over a year. JLabs wants me to pay shipping to send back and then they will email a voucher to buy another JLab product. Not worth the time and money!

They are kind of stiff and it is very had to press the buttons on it. Also u can't connect them solo so u always have to have both out of the case. Sometimes it hard to charge them as well and not really a comfortable fit.

They worked fine, then did not want to even cut on. As if they were dead but they were fully charged. Had to return them not even two weeks later.

Doesn't fit comfortably. Can't change treble or bass. The plug in cord is very short. Have to plug into usb port. Cost extra for plug Adapter. Not worth the high price.

Very poor quality. Every time I use them I experience an echo and whenever I’m talking to someone they can barely hear me. I’ve turned the volume to the max and there’s no difference. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE.

Pro: Lightweight Comfortable Compact carrying case Decent battery life Fast pairing Clear voice quality Great noise blocking Cons: Almost no bass Music laks depth Overall: These are not headphones designed for an audiophile. They are designed to be budget level option for those who wish to have true wireless earbuds. As such, the sound quality is lacking even though the functionality is there. These earbuds have almost no bass. They are relatively quiet but still get the job done. The controls are easy to use as the entire side of the earbud is a button. This makes it easy to find and easy to access, even when you are wearing gloves. In some ways, I find these controls to be superior to the touch sensitive controls on the JLabs much more expensive wireless elite earbuds. The case is also much more compact. Conclusion: You will not find a cheaper set of true wireless earbuds. If freedom from wires is your priority over sound, this is the set for you.

Bought these for my daughter; the units paired easy enough but the left ear bud was inoperative. Did an exchange, same problem with the new. Returned these and purchased the Samsung ear buds—they work flawlessly.

only the right one the battery is draining so fast it seems like every time i wanted to use it the right one always low battery but the left one always full

they never pair the firat time. They rarely pair the second or third time and never do get voice and audio. I waste more time just trying to trouble shoot. And this is for phone and tablet.

Sound isn't any better that head phones. Battery life sucks. They never last even half of rhe work day. I have to listen to the real world even though I bought a $60 pair of earbuds

It stops working after 2 months. The company warranty claim require u to send it back before they are willing to do anything which means shipping cost. Please don’t buy any product from this company.
