    OK Product, now the best

    I purchase this from some other site, use for a day and it was not comfortable to ear also sound was not too great. It is very hard to take a phone call from this ear buds, other end voice is very low.

    The price and being true wireless is what appealed to me with these headphones. I went on one run during a hot day and the sweat caused these headphones to fall out after a mile. For the rest of my run I couldn’t get them to stay. Then I bought winged gel earpieces to replace the ones that come with the Jbuds but that made them stick out like an inch that just felt awkward and on top of that wouldn’t fit in the case. Even if the headphones had fit perfectly the sound quality is flat and had a constant static even outside of my house where there is less interference from my electronics. I returned these within the week. Two stars for quick connection and a cool case.

    Well its great fo listening to music. and ignoring the world but completely is no good for speaking into. Everyone has said to me that i sound muffled .

    I have spent several hours trying to connect these to my phone. Never could get the right one to connect. Tried to start over then neither one would connect. I’m over it!

    Sounds like music under water

    The sound quality of these are significantly worse than the apple ipods, and even worse than cheap amazon headphones... they are on par with dollar store headphones, except they are $50. Biggest waste of money. I didn’t think I was so sensitive to sound quality until I purchased these. It’s better to either spend a little more and get better quality, or just go for the really cheap ones. To make things worse, after only a couple weeks, only the right one . Wish I didn’t miss the 15 day return policy.

    Ear buds

    Looks like these were supposed to come with 2 different ear buds. I only got one. The smaller of the 2. Can use but disappointed about not having the other one. Will review sound and ease using when I use them.

    Don't waste your money

    My mom got these and she loved them but two weeks later they wouldn't charge, she replaced them and the same thing happened. She has replaced these 3 times because of the same issue. She bought me these for Xmas ( for some reason) and they were great until they stopped charging, I exchanged them and now the new pair won't connect to my phone. You'll spend more money replacing these, just try a different brand.

    I like that the case has 500 mah of charging capacity. Sound isn't real impressive, but not horrible either. Call clarity is pretty good. Paired with my phone easily enough.

    Poor sound quality

    Bought these earbuds based off reviews and the price.Set them up and tried to listen to music but got nothing but a muffled and distorted sound from the right earbud.I tried resetting and pairing the earbuds together as it says in the manual but did nothing.The left ear bud work fine but the right earbud would not work at all then would just sound distorted like the bass was too high.I returned these after one day and picked up a pair of Anker soundcore earbuds and they are great!!!

    Got a pair for my step dad that seemed okay, he used them for a while with no problems. Got a pair for my uncle (step dad’s brother) and apparently ever since he’s had them only one earbud will work! Since we have an identical pair to compare to, it has to be some weird defect with the ear buds, it’s disappointing, he has been listening to just one ear bud for some time. Seems like product quality consistency may be a bit lacking here.

      Hi there, there's a large possibility the single non-working earbud is just not connected. Please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
      1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
      2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device.
      3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 4x quickly, one at a time
      4. Take both buds out of the case keeping them within 2 inches of each other
      6. Pair them to your device's Bluetooth.

    Charging Case Died After A Week

    I was excited to purchase my new JLab total wireless earbuds for only $45.95 at Best Buy, however, I was totally bummed out only after a week. When they say you buy cheap you get cheap...believe me, it certainly applies to this product. I got great use out of the ear buds for about three day and then the charging case just failed on me. I followed the instruction, charged the buds multiple days, and nothing. This is truely a CHEAP, NOT WORTH BUYING product. When I called JLab customer support to explain my situation, the rep was totally unhelpful, uncaring, and unprofessional. Save your money on this product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE WIRELESS EAR BUDS. There's a reason why it's priced sooo much lower that the others on the market. They really are cheap in quality. Go with the other brands, even though they're priced a bit higher, you'll get better quality.

    fit is deal breaker

    i screwed up and didnt really use these until the return date went by. now they just sit in my car. maybe ear canals are different but for me these are just absolutely horrible. they wont stay in my ear, the little rubber piece easily comes off and moves, gets oiley and for get it. they fall out , a few times i nearly stepped on it , another they almost feel into a sewer. i dont use them. i cant.

    Had for a little over a year now, Been fairly careful. They were great for a long while till recently other than the right one has gotten progressively quieter over time. Nowadays the right one is quieter, and both have a static noise in the background while i do things, was apparent as I listen to rock, but in a discord call the static was really apparent.
