    I do not like these earbuds! The charge doesn’t seem to last long. I have so many issues connecting them via Bluetooth. Half the time only one earbuds connects. The other half they connect and then disconnect right after connecting. I’ve had these earbuds a couple months and I’ve only been able to truly use them twice.

    Worked Well for 14-Days...

    Once the return window had closed, the right earbud began informing me its right earbud battery was low. Eventually, it no longer powered up - no matter how long it sat in its convenient charger. Would I purchase again? Nahhhh...

    Pathetic product

    The first time pairing was fine. After that, one of the pieces never gets paired nor charged. Tried with the Best Buy Geek Squad the in a few days, they said I have to only contact the JLab team directly. Dont know why they sell such substandard products if they cant provide service. God only knows how to reach JLab. Waste of money.

    Durability is horrible

    Literally only lasted less than a month and the right bud stopped working out of nowhere also its way too touch sensitivity even the wind can make these buds skip or lower your video playing or music i do not recommend them.

    Perhaps the worst warranty service

    This review is for Jlabs, not bestbuy. After 7 months I began having issues with one of my pods. As of today, it has been 4 weeks without a resolution and 5+ day delays in response with multiple follow ups. Needless to say, will not be purchasing anything from J Labs again.

    I would strongly suggest not to purchase this product.. i have purchase 2 sets and both of them my left earbud quit working . I have purchased orher brands that are cheaper and they are still working. This product is not worth the price.

    Stopped working!!

    I had these for a little over 2 months. The left one quit working. I tried all the tricks but to no avail. These were recommended to me by a Best Buy employee as good and reliable for the price but I am VERY disappointed. Will not buy their brand again!!

    Stopped working after not even a month

    These headphones were nice at first and I was really impressed with the packaging but these headphones suck. The left one just stopped charging all together and no the right One has also stopped working. Definitely not worth the $50 I paid! DO NOT BUY WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!

    Atrocious headphones

    Terrible headphones, honestly just garbage. The headphones MUST be within at MOST 2 feet distance to their source with NOTHING in the way. These may have just ruined my faith in wireless headphones as a whole.

    They don’t stay in your ears. Fall out after a few minutes. Very unstable sound. Songs skip around and the sound is very static. Don’t purchase, complete waste of money.

    After 1 month of having these earbuds I can tell you they’re not durable, especially after accidentally throwing them multiple times and they broke first thing.

    Bought for gym use, bluetooth doesn't hold connection, every 2 mins or so songs end up sounding like a record is skipping

    Broke over night

    Havent even had them 24 hours and one earphone is completely dead, wont even turn on or charge. Yikes.

    Says low battery after 2 days of charging
