Bought this for my husband who does package delivery. The product quit working after about 2 weeks of use. Glad I purchased the replacement plan from Best Buy. If you work inside in air conditioned office this item might work great for you but if you work outdoors in the heat and sweat you’ll be wasting your money.

This headset has great sound and is very comfortable for long wear. I paired it quickly and easily to both my phone and laptop with no problem. Vibration alerts let you know when a call comes in. Everything from taking a call, changing the volume, to changing the song is easily done with the in-line remote. Voice alert lets you know the battery level when you turn it on and tells you "goodbye" when you turn it off. No leaving it on by mistake and running the battery down. The custom equalizer options are very nice. There is a surround sound great for movies, the bass boost option is great for music and a balanced option for calls. Everything comes in clean and clear The battery is still going strong after two movies and a couple of hours of music. This headset is very comfortable to wear. Normally, I have trouble keeping headsets in for longer than half an hour at a time. With this headset, I've watched full movies without needing to remove these for a break. The magnets on the earbuds are strong enough to hold and easily separated when ready. It comes with 3 tips and a micro USB cable for charging. I really like this headset and would recommend them for comfort and sound.

Ok.. So it's a pair of earbuds. Lately the wireless ones are a dime a dozen it seems. But the JBuds Band Wireless Neckband headset are in a league of their own. Even a bigger dude such as myself has no problems using them. The controls are very easy to reach on the bands. The band vibrates (more like buzzes) when you get an incoming call. And the sound quality is pretty good in balanced and bass boost settings. But the JLab signature setting is my absolute favorite. It truly gives your music a very "roomy" sound to it. Vocals and bass are very distinct and not overpowering at all. The coolest thing about this product is that it states on the box 8+ hours of playtime per charge. Well ---- I just drained it down from a fresh charge yesterday at over 11 hours! And this was with playing music, phone calls, and everything else! The buds are so comfortable that you barely know they are there! You get three different sizes of the "rubber" part of the buds to find your perfect fit. If you are in the market (or even just curious) about a wireless pair of buds with a neckband (and the buds are magnetic, BTW so no more tangles!) then PLEASE give these a try! You'll be glad you did!

It isn’t true wireless but works on a pinch. Prob better one for your money out there now.

Not good for music lovers. no good base sound. For audiobooks they're fine.
