The jlab neckband wireless earbuds are a very economical and usable wireless earbuds for those not wanting to break the bank. They have a simplistic design but are still comfortable for extended use. The sound is good and volume is decent, of course for and extreme audiophile they may not suffice. I am pleasantly surprised at the build quality, sound, battery life and feel. A good purchase for a budget conscious consumer.

I am really enjoying my new Jlab earbuds. The earbuds were extremely easy to connect via bluetooth to my Galaxy s9 plus. The controls are simple to remember and offer the user the ability to switch equalizer settings, control volume, play/pause and answer calls all from a switch on the earbuds themselves. No need to reach for the phone. The earbuds are also IP66 rated for water and dirt resistance, so no need to worry about sweat affecting the Jlabs. For the type of music I listen to (country/southern rock) these buds have really great range and more than adequate bass response. I am actually impressed at the quality of the sound and the volume I get from earbuds in this price. Overall, I really like these earbuds, more than any others I have used and plan to make these my go to earbuds whenever I am mowing or working outside and want to enjoy some music.

This is a great set of ear buds and they far exceeded my expectations overall. They were comfortable and easy to wear/use and best of all sounded good. The way the buds magnetically snap together when you're not using them is awesome too and keeps them from just dangling down when you're not using them. Unlike other buds these also have a vibrate function so when you have messages or calls come in you will feel the notification come in. The controls being on the band make it easy to control them and the built-in EQ's are great for changing the audio on the fly to your taste. They not only sound good but had decently loud volume as well. In all, a great simple set of ear buds that provide a solid hands-free experience, would definitely recommend!

They work fine, but there us not a place to store a headphone to keep it from just dangling. I usually only have one earbud in at a time so that I can hear emergency vehicles etc..

Tried all cushions and these where not comfortable. When connected to my IPhone XR my actual phone sound level was low. Had to disconnect in order to hear the phone. I didn’t like it.

So to start, the only reason for the 4 stars is because of the ear buds. They just dangle down your chest with no place to go. I tried hooking them behind my neck but they kept snapping apart. It would be 5 star if they Retracted! Now the God part. The ear buds snap together when not in use via a magnet inside. The sound is very good for both music and talking. You'll get several bud shapes which will adapt to most ears, the ones that came attached work fine for me. Pairing was simple and quick, as expected. When a call comes through the neck band vibrates an alert for you which means you don't have to have the buds in ear all the time...nice. One touch answering and it even gives the number of the caller so you dont have to look at your phone...nicer. This wireless gives an up/down, forward/back and pause. Volume adjustment on the control which is on the right side just below the neckband. Music pauses when a call comes in. I would highly recommend!

The headphones no longer charge. Not even with new and different cords. I can't get an exchange or refund because the store is closed. I am not pleased.

Wasn’t loud enough and with volume all the way up speakers began “popping”. Went with the Sony’s. Am happy.

the Jlab Audio - JBuds Wireless In- Ear Headphones sound great; however after 6 months of usage it will no longer charge. Wasted money.

I bought this approximately 2 years ago but because the back piece is harder the ear piece on the shorter end broke off.

I liked the concept but it’s pretty much a one size fits all, which means it’s too big (part around neck) for me.

I go through headphones like crazy. If I don’t lose them on the train during my daily commute or my cats chew the wires, they usually last me 9 months to a year. I got these and I’m using them as I type this. Battery life is going on 9 hours of listing to podcasts and music. Really comfortable and the sound is really clear. My last pair would crackle a tiny bit. For the dollar amount, these are fabulous, and almost match up to some of the $200 headphones I’ve had.

I just returned this pair because it would not hold a charge after one month of use. Before that, I didn't like the way the cords laid when wearing this set. The neck band stayed in place nicely, but the cords always went to the front of my cheeks when I put in the ear pieces, This was irritating when working out and having the slight brushing, almost a tickling, against my cheeks.

I would not purchase if I had a chance to try them in my. Ears.

The sound is decent. Would have worked for my purposes except after 3 days the batter would not charge. Did not matter what cord or block I used. Don’t waste your time of money. Spend a little more and get a good ser

The Jlab Jbuds Wireless Neckband Headset are very stylish and user friendly. Connection was quick out the box with the amazing latest Bluetooth 5.0 technology. Using similar products in the past I always had to keep adjusting the strap around my neck to make sure it was and stayed in place. That does not happen with the Jlab Jbuds Wireless Neckband Headset that sit on neck parallel with ear connection and controls. I also love how the magnetic feature holds them together when not in use. The Bass Boost is my favorite EQ Sound from the App that has a clear and distinct audio sound. The 8 plus hours of playing time and 2 year warranty rivals top brand names. I would say that the Jlabs Audio brand is pushing ahead and becoming a must try in the new age of wireless electronics with well made product and affordability. Who can beat that.

I've had these for a few days and have listened to them for several hours each day. The sound quality is amazing. I use the bass boost EQ setting which delivers tight bass that doesn't sound muddy or take away from the mids and highs. Each instrument is defined. Pairing is simple and the functions are easy to use. The battery life spec shows 8 hours but the box says 15 hours at medium volume. I haven't run them down yet so it's probably closer to 15. The sound quality is amazing for only $30.

I don’t think these lasted longer than a day. They might be fine for listening to music but I work on my phone and make a lot of calls and they weren’t up to the task.
