Terrible sound quality during calls

I bought these for work, and the sound and volume were excellent when listening to YouTube or videos. During Zoom calls, I could not hear the other callers because the sound was so static-ky. They could hear me well, but it was too disruptive to ask callers to repeat themselves. I will be returning the second pair.

I will say after wearing it for a few hours, it would feel uncomfortable wearing it. Noise cancelling is good but definitely could be better. I can still hear around me and I'd say it reduces noise 75 perfect or so.
