Works great for a couple months

The quality is good except for the bass, but that's pretty much what I was expecting. The left one stopped working after about 2 months. I was lazy and didn't bother trying to claim the warranty right away. I have a second pair, so I wasn't in a rush. I've just started a warranty claim now, about 4.5 months after making the purchase. I have to pay to ship the product back to them among other things. I had a coworker from South Africa. She said, "You should visit South Africa. You'll absolutely love it as long as nothing horrible happens to you." Similarly, you should enjoy these headphones as long as they work. Mine don't.
