Streaming music the left and right earphones get out of sync and I have to take one off. Seems like it's the left side. The one headphone starts fine then gets distorted. Put it in case and bring it back out and it works for 5 minutes and starts again.

Because they are open ear, the sound is flat and you won't hear bass. I find the lack of bass ok for working out at the gym or listening to vocals like TV shows.
