I got these on sale for $20 so I didn't expect much. The main problem I have with them is when they are being used for a phone call. The sound quality is terrible

Good for money, but fitting is tricky for ear size. If it doesn’t stay in position, sounds quality drops

Fan of JLab products tried these for the open air feature. Not impressed, going back to earbuds.

I'd originally intended to give these to a family member who is very sensitive to putting things inside his ears, but it turned out he was happy with his existing ear buds, so I started using them myself. Battery life is amazing. Sound quality is very good; I use them primarily for conference calls. They're comfortable to wear once you put them on; putting them on takes a bit of getting used to. Bonus feature that I really appreciate: it can be paired with two devices, so I can use these ear buds for both my laptop and my phone. Switch over is smooth enough.

The headphones sound decent for over the ear. It's has a good clean, crisp sound and doesn't sound like it's in a tin can. My complaint is the band that fits over your ear is not very flexible and it's short. If you have big ears, this will be a challenge. The band has already broken and it's only been 1 months. I'm not sure if it's worth trying to get them to replace it or not. Be sure to try how they fit and feel on you before it's too late to return them.

build quality is amazing and everything about it, but the type of sound quality it produces, leaves you scratching your head. I wouldn't pay no more than $10 dollars for these and you can get the same sound quality from a dollar store ear buds

Had high expectations from this product. the only good thing about earbuds is the shape. the noise comes in muffled and on the other hand the person can hear you breathe too

I was excited to purchase these after losing a pair of Beats. The volume peaks very low. There is no noise canceling effect. I guess I need to spend some dough for quality over/in ear audio.

When I start something with sound. I can hear the soeakers themselves. Maybe theyre defective? Idk how to describe the sound. I'll most likely go get them swapped out. The earbuds also don't feel good after a couple of hours.

I really wanted to like this item. I read decent reviews, but unfortunately, that is not what I experienced. While utilizing this item, there were complaints that I could not be heard. I also had issues hearing others. The reception was inconsistent. I felt that if I moved too much, too quickly, they would fly off my ears. I expected them to feel a little more secure/snug, but perhaps my ears are the incorrect size for this item.

The controls on these is very poor. A physical button (one that can be felt) would have improved this.

The earpiece arm broke off. Went to exchange and then order was cancelled. Don’t waste your money.
