    These were a replacement for the Best Buy store brand which failed twice. ...and they were $5 cheaper, to boot. The switches are firm (not a marshmallow like the set I replaced). The battery life is good,too.

    You do need to charge and easy install to blutooth on the phone. I prefer wired headsets, but this works too if your having a busy day

    So hassle free. I just turn them on and it connects automatically. Also has built in speaker, when call comes in, it lowers music automatically. Love them.

    these are the best as the volume on them are great as i can hear over a lot of noise as i use my hands a lot when i am working as i talk on phone/ would not be with out these now.
